Manager, Marketing Services - Manage marketing functions for the cruise line including media, advertising, collateral, fulfillment/inventory, promotions and special events. Proactively explore options to realize greater efficiencies/systems in the Marketing Department and enhance support to sales team for both brands. Must have strong marketing and strategic thinking mind set. Must have some experience in the travel industry (agency or client-side). Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Advertising or relevant work experience. At least 8 years experience in a marketing/advertising position with management responsibility. Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with personnel on various levels throughout the company. Demonstrated negotiations skills. Keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Excel and Work required. nowledge of consumer and trade media.
Production Coordinator - Traffic and coordinate production of marketing materials with the NCL Advertising/Collateral department with the emphasis on newspaper ads. Requires a working knowledge of job trafficking, computer graphics, bidding and awarding printing projects. Experience in advertising and collateral production for a minimum of 3 years. Associates Art degree or equivalent work experience. Must possess knowledge of the printing process, computer graphics, color scanning, pre-press mechanics, film seperations, proofing, electronic retouching, binding, photography, silkscreen printing, specialty items. Experience in Direct Marketing is preferred.
Must be proficient in Access, Word, Excel. Must have excellent communication and written skills.
