Culinary Trainee - Pastry


Pastry Trainee

We are offering a 6 month traineeship, exclusively in the Pastry section of a 6* Cruise ship.

The trainee will be exposed to all aspects of the pastry department, involved in breads, chocolate, pulled sugar, desserts, afternoon tea, ice cream, speciality cakes and much more.

Candidates will require a culinary diploma from a recognised school as well as having completed specialist pastry courses.

The salary for the placement will be discussed at time of interview.

All Candidates must be aged 21 years or older
