Reports to: Head Sommelier

Objective: Provide courteous and professional wine and beverage service.

Job Skills: Sales and Revenue Orientation, promotes and upsells beverages, maintains stock control, minimizes breakages, assists with Tea Time service.

Responsibilities: Courteous and professional wine service; Sales and revenue skills orientation;

training assistance for new crew members; safe professional and personal practices; Congeniality and teamwork

Education/Experience: WSET Qualifications, 2 years experience in similar position within a fine dining restaurant or 5* hotel;

Computer Skills: Not applicable

Language Requirement: Fluent English, plus one additional European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese) is preferred.
