Position: Cruise Ship Receptionist
Rotation: 5 months on / 2 months off

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Fulfilling those requests will be just one of your many and varied duties as a Receptionist, providing guests with a friendly, personalised front desk service, round the clock on a rota basis. It will be your job to become an expert on all facets of shipboard organisation and services, ports of call and shore excursions. The responsibilities of your role will include processing embarkations, maintaining and balancing funds for cashing cheques, dealing with complaints, logging lost and found items, and handling all on board printing, from menus to party invitations.
Having gained relevant shipboard experience, you’ll be fluent in spoken and written English, with a courteous, tactful and patient manner. High levels of personal integrity and a commitment to confidentiality are both essential in this role, as is the ability to work well under pressure, often on several things at once.
