Our Client is offering a unique opportunity for an exceptional leader with an ultra-luxury cruise ship, private club, boutique hotel, ultra luxury hotel or resort experience.
Position: Finance Manager/Crew Manager
Rotation: 4 months on / 2 months off
•Excellent computer skills, to include spread sheets, Word, Excel and Outlook
•Working knowledge of MMS and Fidelio inventory Management systems
•Other inventory Management software skills are an added advantage
•BA/BS 3-4 year degree in Accounting or foreign equivalency preferable.
•Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Chief Purser, Front Office Manager, Hotel Controller
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Finance Officer's primary responsibility is to manage all of the financial operations of the vessel, ensures the quality of our product is held to the highest standard for Guests and Crew; ensures internal controls and procedures are adhered to in the safeguarding of assets including cash, inventory, equipment, and purchasing transactions.
As Crew Manager you will be responsible for Crew Administration, Crew Clearance and Crew Payroll.
The Crew Manager must abide by all Human Resources principles and objectives, standards and procedures including the Confidentiality Agreement. He / She must ensure that all interactions with all Crew Members are done in a professional and courteous manner.
