Training and Development ManagerDescription: This is a varied position that has a strong human resource component. You attend all department head meetings, meet and help solve any employee issues onboard, assist in career path transfers and orientations plus a host of other human resource type duties. You will be teaching some of the courses that the cruise line offers their onboard staff. This position is 4 months onboard, then 2 months of vacation and back again A teaching or training background is a necessary requirement for this very busy job. Must have relevant HR experience and some training experience is an asset. This is an officer position which offers a single cabin accommodation and four month contracts. Requirements: Apply |
