Corp. Pastry Chef


Candidate (m/f) must have previous 5* ship experience as an Executive Pastry Chef. The main role will be to travel between the vessels to support the operation, keep up the standards, train new Pastry Chefs and implement new recipes.

Sets up production schedules, composition of pastry teams, job assignments and operation flow in cooperation with the Executive Pastry Chef and the Executive Chef.

Meets periodically with shipboard management to discuss the objectives of his/her visits, progress observed and results achieved.

Develops a training program designed to teach basic preparation techniques in small incremental steps that is rigorously taught, evaluated and monitored on board.

You must have excellent U.S.P.H. knowledge, the ability to lead and motivate a team and management skills are a must.

You should have an outgoing personality and the ability to interact with different cultures. You should be flexible, stress-resistant, very hands on, creative and fluent in English – any additional language considered as a plus.
