Guest Service Associate (Front Desk)


The main responsibility is to ensure that all guests experience the holiday of a lifetime. This can be achieved by providing excellent customer service which means offering a friendly, prompt, attentive, courteous and personal service in a professional environment supported by your excellent administration skills.



Must be very hospitality orientated. An important requirement is that you be very self motivated, positive, energetic and have excellent communication skills. Must have hotel front desk experience, speak fluent English and an additional language eg. Spanish, French, Italian.
