Corporate Executive Pastry Chef (m/f) for 5*+ International Cruise Line


We are looking for a Corporate Executive Pastry Chef (m/f) for 5*+ International Cruise Line; Duties: responsible for establishing the high food product within the fleet - monitors the performance of the entire pastry operation and other related food production;  supervises the entire pastry operation;<br />
    set up production schedules, composition of pastry teams, job assignments and operation flow in cooperation with the Executive Pastry Chef and Executive Chef<br />
    establishes and maintains standards for the consistent production of new cuisine<br />
    rotates between various ships and corporate office<br />
    conducts on-going formal and informal training of all pastry staff<br />
    monitors overall food consumption and preparation within the pastry to ensure that waste is minimized<br />

Requirements:<br />
<br />
    must have a degree in culinary arts<br />
    must have extensive experience in food operation aspects of shore-based hotels and cruise ship catering<br />
    knowledge of quality control standards and practices<br />
    fluent in English<br />
