Media ManagerDescription: The main responsibilities of this role will be to maintain and update the content of the on board interactive television system for all stakeholders, amending and updating changes to the fabric of the interactive television system with the aim of more effectively meeting passenger needs. The role includes generating and developing usage reports from the interactive television system and assimilating these into easy to read and digestible reports. We are looking for a candidate who is commercially astute who will liaise with other areas of the ship on opportunities and processes available to them to increase the on board revenue. The suitable candidate will be supporting the on board revenue development through the technical support of all promotional and marketing activities. To be considered for this excellent opportunity your CV must demonstrate experience of creating Print and / or Digital marketing material. Technical competencies include advanced PC application knowledge (software), basic PC hardware skills and knowledge of Hotel Information Systems. A sound working knowledge of good business practice and business reporting as well as the ability to deliver excellent customer services in a commercial environment. A working knowledge of In Design, Scala or Adobe is an advantage. To succeed in this role you need to be technically knowledgeable, committed to consistent quality and commercially astute..
