We are currently searching for an experienced Butcher to join our amazing culinary team onboard. As the stand alone Butcher, you will be responsible for providing guests with the highest quality meats, fish and poultry, minimising wastage, and maintaining all USPH standards of hygiene for your section.

Your daily responsibilities will include the production of all meat and fish preparation for up to 6 outlets plus crew areas, maintaining adequate inventory, ensuring quality of product, stock rotation, daily briefings, temperature recording, ordering stock and train new members of the team.

To be considered for this position, you will require a minimum of 2 years on the job knowledge as Butcher in an international environment, preferably have ship experience, hold the relevant culinary qualifications and be available to join asap.
