Assistant Manager Guest Services
Our client, a renowned family orientated cruise line, is currently looking to hire an Assistant Manager Guest Services. As Assistant Manager Guest Services, your primary role will be to support and oversee the functions of assistant Guest Services Managers & Concierge, leading to highest level of guest satisfaction. You will assist in the development and implemntation of policies, procedures and activities related to the efficient and effective operation of the Guest Services department.
At least 5 years experience in a leadership position in Guest services.
Thorough knowledge of guest services / front desk operations as well as crew services
Working knowledge of immigration & CBP clearance
Sound leadership, communication, team-building, motivational skills
Group event experience (conventions, weddings, etc)
Ability to multi task and work in high stress situations
Average contract rotation: 4 months on / 2 months off
