Chef de Partie


We are currently accepting applications for the role of Chef de Partie on behalf of a luxury 5* cruise line.

Contract rotation 4 months on / 2 months off

Salary in Euros

- Minimum of 2 years experience at CDP level in high-end international hotels, quality dining restaurants and/or luxury cruise ships
- Sound knowledge of food preparation, presentation and preservation
- Good knowledge of USPH & other international Public Health rules and regulations
- Formal European culinary education
- Good Ability to train and motivate subordinates
- Ability to innovate and foster creativity
- Ability to organise and complete work in accordance to deadlines
