Executive Chef - Brazilian Cuisine - Tax Free Salary


Job Description: Executive Chef - Brazilian Cuisine - 4* Cruise Line; Executive Chef; Cruise Ship Experience essential; Experienced in Brazilian cooking required; They will be working on the Brazilian Project; Fluent English; Can manage Galley Teams in size of 60 – 100 Cooks and Utility staff

HACCAP and USPH trained

Salary / Package:

$4500 USD per month plus full vacation pay – so paid x 12 months of the year

Contract – 4 months on, 2 off

All travel expense paid by the company

Onboard 3 Stripe officer Status with single accommodation and all other ships perks

Start date - August

Previous Cruise Ship experience as an Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef is a must.

Required to be fluent in English and have excellent experience and knowledge in Brazilian cooking / cuisine.

Excellent leadership skills required.

Full STCW required.
