A Really Brilliant Concierge / Front Office Supervisor Role with a 6 star Cruise Liner

• Role: Concierge / Front Office Supervisor
• Company: A 6* Cruise Liner
• Contract: 4 months on and 2 months off rotation
• Start date: Very very soon
• Salary: $3000US TAX FREE paid whilst you are working only
• Berthing: Single cabin
• Reporting to: Reports to the Executive Concierge on-board and covers the VIP lounges and all Concierge related duties arising from this
• Website: On demand
• JD: On demand
• Flights: Provided for you back and forth by the company
• Required: You to fund a new ship medical
You and The Brilliant Role
Working on-board one of the most luxurious liners at sea, this position will be part of the inaugural team. It’s an opportunity to sparkle and shine and then be promoted (with your talent shown of course) into a more senior position when the time is right. Offering exceptional guest service to the guests and travellers on-board you will live, breath and demand ‘service excellence’…even when you sleep!
You will have worked in a luxury environment preferably on-board a cruise liner already and understanding of the ‘ship-life’ joys and pains which are present whilst at sea. You will be an ace in dealing with complaint handling and enjoy pacifying any challenging situations. Like water off a ducks back…simples. With the skills to be able to multi-task and manage special requests from the guests your natural ability will be to go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Able to work under pressure and sometimes long hours (this is a cruise line after-all) you will embrace positive change and look at ways to further improve operations and functions on-board.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office plus Fidelio and MXP will be required please…as will be your perfectly spoken and written English…plus any additional languages a massive plus. You will also have your Skype ID on your CV and ensure the resume document is up to date and very clear showing months as well as years that you have worked in each position / company. You will be currently shore side and able to start this new adventure at short notice too.
