•Synopsis: 2 months as F&B Manager and 2 months as GM

The Company

The Brilliant Role

•This position acts as General Manager while the GM is on vacation and acts as Food & Beverage Director when the GM is on-board.

•The role will be circa 2 months as F&B Manager and then circa 2 months as General Manager rotating up and back during your contracts.

•Leading a team of circa 250 on-board to look after a guest count of circa 200 will show you the level of service delivery.

•Motivating, praising, coaching, guiding and enhancing your team to ensure they will be offering exceptional guest service over and above expectations…EVERY TIME.

•Working on-board this mega yacht is not just a career opportunity; it is a lifestyle that includes working four months on-board with two months of vacation, ending the year working a total of eight months with four months of vacation. What job in the world gives you 4 months paid vacation!?

•The organization of the budgeting and scheduling system is unlike any hotel so there is quite a learning curve involved in mastering all of the logistics of this type of operation.

You The Fabulous Professional

We are searching for a superstar Hotel Manager with a five star luxury background to join the elite on-board team. You will be ‘sparkling’ as a person. Coming from nothing short of a 5* luxury hotel background like Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Claridge’s, The Ritz, Four Seasons or the like you will be currently in a role of Hotel Manager / General Manager and have been for at least 2 years.

You won’t have an ‘ego’ to worry about moving into a role which is perhaps titled not as ‘high’ as you are now. You will be a person whom relishes adventure, change and new horizons. This role isn’t for an ‘arm-chair’ professional, you will be keen to get out and about into the operation to challenge, test, try-out and improve the business running.

•We are looking for previous experience as Food & Beverage Manager / Director moving to Executive Assistant Manager or Hotel Manager, with solid career progression through these management roles.

•You will most likely have worked in Europe, America, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.

•You will speak fluent English and additional languages would be a massive plus.

•A passionate hospitality professional ready to lead an international team with fanatical devotion to detail, integrity and positivity.

•‘Service excellence’ will be a usual phrase in your vocabulary

•You will be able to listen, embrace, adapt, change and adjust to working on-board in this wonderful environment.
