•Berthing: Single cabin
•Website: On application
•Salary: From $4000US+ Tax Free paid 12 months = $48,000 / £32,000UK Tax Free per annum
•Contract: 4 months on and 2 months off
•Gratuity: None sorry
•Flights: Provided by the company both ways
•Medical: You will be required to source this and claim the funds back from the vessel when you are shipboard
•Visa: You will be required to source this and claim the funds back from the vessel when you are shipboard
•Reportingto: Bar Manager
•Team: You will be helping to supervise circa 8 bartenders on-board
•Essential: You will have worked in Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand in a land-based Michelin level restaurant previously

This position is looking for a professional whom is simply out of this world! You will know everything from red, white, rose, cognacs…to champagnes, whiskeys, malts, ports, liqueur’s and more. You will be like an encyclopaedia of beverage knowledge and wishing, willing and wanting to share your fabulous expertise with delightful guests on-board. You will most probably be working currently in a 5* hotel, maybe something like the Mandarin Oriental, Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. Maybe you are a Sommelier at The Fat Duck, Maize or with Marcus Waring. You might also be currently working on-board a 5* fabulous boutique cruise liner too like Crystal Cruises. Your work history will be smooth and not jumping around from job to job every few years.
You will be willing and able to work 7 days a week for a 4 month contract with energy, style and vigour. You will enjoy learning about new products on the market and be up to date with the best of the best wines and delicious drinks to quench the most demanding pallete. Your appearance and grooming will be exceptional and your attention to detail exquisite. Personality-wise you will be sparkling and able to converse with professionals from all levels of societies with ease. You will have sommelier qualifications coming out of your ears and be able to articulate in perfect English.
