• Salary: $4500US Tax Free salary per month paid 12 months of the year = $54,000 TAX FREE per year

• Required: You to be a current HR Manager professional speaking FLUENT SPANISH and FLUENT ENGLISH and Portuguese is a plus too

• Website: On application

• Rotation: 4 months on and 2 months off

• Stripes: 3 ½ stripes

• Berthing: Single cabin

The Fabulous Role Overview

The selected super HR Manager will be in charge of organizational development and effectiveness, employee relations, training and development, performance management, conflict resolution, internal promotion, progressive discipline, employee turnover and retention, and more. You will also provide assistance and support to all senior officers and on-board management when dealing with human resources issues, as the company’s point of contact in all matters pertaining human resources subjects.

You The Brilliant HR Professional

You will speak fluent English and fluent Spanish (and if you have Portuguese and French, then this is a plus). You will be working currently as an HR Manager most probably in a hotel or hospitality function, or perhaps even already working on-board a cruise liner as HR Manager (or maybe Assistant HR Manager looking for your first number one opportunity). You will be willing to work 7 days a week for a period of 4 months with no days off…and then have 2 months vacation time too! You will be skilled in networking and have super HR knowledge. Work experience will include associating and partnering with the leaders of the business…so in this case, you will be working with the Captain. Your negotiation skills will be fabulous and you will be a team player with the ability to combat ‘resistance to change’ and the ability to implement new policies and procedures too.
