Role: Training and Development Manager; Contracts: 4 months on the ship and 2 months off with vacation pay then you come back to work. JD: Full JD on application Salary: Competitive salary paid monthly from US$3,000 a month tax free – paid 12 months of the year + bonus - NICE! Contract: 4 months on and 2 months off Berthing: Single Cabin Stripes: 2.5 stripes position (so you would be eligible for medical insurance coverage too). Benefits: Transportation to and from the ship, meals, medical, cruise & officer privileges. Medical: You are required to fund a medical and C1/D visa for this role Role Overview Facilitating training sessions from induction through to leadership development to a plethora of delegates shipboard. Taking 'Off the shelf' packages, learning them and 'running' with them in courses and events. You The Super Trainer You will have experience of being a T&D Manager or equivalent for over 2 years in a hospitality arena. You will have a Bachelors degree also. Your super personality will be able to 'light the fire within' the delegates when you train your courses. Able to work 7 days a week for a period of 4 months (welcome to ship-life) you will be able to 'turn on' the style, charm and skills to share powerful messages to the shipboard Crew.
