Job Description: Super Shipboard P&T / HR / Human Resources Manager Role. Thanks for looking into an opportunity which is quite exceptional. Working in a Personnel and Training / Human Resources Manager role shipboard with a 5 Star Cruise Line company.
To provide a consistent on-board personnel resource function that encompasses the development, training and welfare of all officers and crew, in line with the company’s personnel policies and objectives. Reporting directly to the Captain with a dotted line to the Hotel Manager in regards to crew welfare. This role is starting July end / August start 07.

A tax free salary starting at $4000US dollars paid whilst you are shipboard for a 4+ month contract. You then have 2 months vacation before returning to the ship (rolling permanent contracts). Free food, free flights, free medical whilst shipboard, free accomodation, non-uniformed position, single cabin role, full access to public areas.
You The Candidate
You will have experience in the following areas to be considered for this super role:
HR Management experience within the hospitality industry for at least 2 years
Experience of 'Employee Relations' issues
Experience of 'Performance Management' issues
Willing to work 7 days a week for 4-5 months (welcome to Shiplife!)
Able to work with Senior Members of Management without fear
A quick learner
Able to 'challenge' autocratic leadership
Shipboard 'welfare' experience would be a plus
