Superb Sous Chef required - 5 * Cruise Line; Salary and Benefit details: Superb Tax free salary plus bonus. Flights, medical paid by the company. All food and accommodation included. Rolling Contract of 6 months on, 2 months off. Vacation pay. Single Cabin
Assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in directing and supervising the preparation of and service for all food onboard in accordance with the established company's menus and recipes. Monitor USPH standards. Responsible for directing, supervising and training of all employees assigned to the galley.
Previous Cruise ship experience or 4* / 5* Hotel / Resort experience required as a Sous Chef.
Good leadership skills and commitment required.
Enthusiastic and energetic!
High volume banqueting experience required.
