Job Summary
- Ensures appropriate medical care and treatment for guests and crew at all times
- Ensure highest quality service in the Medical Center
- Maintains guidelines and procedures set out by the cruise line
- To ensure the ultimate guest experience onboard company vessels by aiding effective communication
- Ensure appropriate follow up on all medical issues

Requirements:
- Ideally worked in a luxury environment cruise environment for several years as Nurse
- Understanding of the highest level of service
- Ensures appropriate medical care and treatment for guests and crew at all times
- Assists the Ship’s Doctor with all health related matters including medical / surgical procedures
- Ensures that all medical equipment is fully operational at all times
- Ensures that all documents, reports and log books are properly maintained
- Assists the Ship’s Doctor with medical evacuations under the supervision of Master and Staff Captain
- Assists the Ship’s Doctor with the control of Mass Casualty Incident System
- Assists the Ship’s Doctor with any medical emergencies
- Great at customer service and building positive relations with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a pleasant working environment
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, good written and spoken English
- Strong leadership skills and practice ‘leading by example
- Outgoing personality, open minded and flexible
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Excellent appearance
