Public Rooms Manager


As Public Rooms Manager you will be responsible for the operation of all the public bars and lounges, as well as the beverage service on deck. Ensuring that all beverage and pantry stocks are used, you will also be responsible for accounting and recording beverage sales. Planning and organising cocktail parties, implementing beverage promotions, suggesting new supplies and equipment and carrying out monthly stock takes will all be part of your day-to-day duties.

You will be responsible for training and educating all crew who are involved in the sales and service of beverage products on board, whilst ensuring that the team are complying with company guidelines regarding uniform and personal hygiene.

Previous experience of working as a Bar Manager in a fast paced 4 or 5 star environment with an international clientele is essential, combined with a degree or equivalent in Food & Beverage management. Knowledge of public health and sanitation regulations and procedures are required, combined with experience of working with an extensive beverage program. You’ll also have a good command of English, with good verbal and written communication.
