Provision Master


As Provision Master you will be responsible for storekeeping across all the departments on board. This will include delivering clear and accurate results and reports in relation to inventory transactions, cost and stock control. You will co-ordinate the requisitioning of all supplies and provisions throughout all the hotel departments. In order for this process to run smoothly, you will need to implement and maintain systems to input data in relation to the collection of food, beverage and general supply.

You will control and verify all new merchandise, ensure all storage areas are kept up to standard, liaise with heads of departments to keep up to speed on stock required, as well as investigating any unusual stock shortages and wastage.


A catering management degree or equivalent from a recognised institution is essential, combined with knowledge in storeroom operation, food & beverage products, general hotel supply items, quality control standards & practices and purchasing systems.

Fluency in English is essential, combined with excellent written communication.
