Hotel Manager


As Hotel Manager, your ultimate responsibility is to provide guest satisfaction in all service areas of the yacht. Reporting to the Captain and Vice President of Hotel Operations, as Hotel Manger you will co-ordinate all Heads of Departments to ensure a smooth and flawless operation.

You will be responsible for all service functions including the leadership of crew, F&B, housekeeping, the travel/cruise sales and purser’s office, entertainment and concessionaires. As Hotel Manager, being aware of passenger complaints and dealing with them is also part of your role, as well as ensuring all personnel evaluations are carried out in accordance with company policy.

You will possess a diploma or equivalent from an international recognised hotel school or university, combined with substantial experience serving as Hotel Manager or Food & Beverage Manager on board a 5 star ship. You will also be required to have completed an appropriate Human Resources training course, including craft trainer or equivalent. U.S.P.H, U.K.P.H and management training are also required. Knowledge of basic budgeting techniques and financial analysis would be beneficial for this role. Fluency in English is essential and proficiency in German, French and/or Tagalog would be an advantage.
