GENERAL MISSION
• Provide warm, sincere and engaging service that ensures guests feel welcome
• Enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area.
• Provide a positive presence in the resort lobby for our hotel guests and day visitors

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
• Be an Ambassador to the Hotel creating memorable experiences for our guests
• Treat each and every guest as a unique individual.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance.
• Maintain positive working relations with colleagues and all hotel departments
• Be a liaison with the Le Club Member, to ensure a smooth arrival and farewell experience with VIP guests
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, in house activities) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
• Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities.
• Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Server) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
• Other duties as assigned


TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides courteous and professional services to Hotel’s guests at all time
• Responsible of bike
• Responsible for beach towels
• Responsible for umbrellas
• Maintains and controls the use of the luggage room, ensuring that luggage is properly stored and labeled at all times.
• Ensured that all equipment within the section is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.
• Taking record of all vehicle that service hotel guest, both pick up and drop off, record time of arrival, car plate number, guest room number, number of person, and departure time.

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides general information guests in a good and helpful manner.
• Handles or resolves any guest complaints and establishes good relationships with hotel’s guest.


HUMAN RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitors discipline, grooming and performance of all staff within the section.
• Identifies and develops leadership qualities among staff in order to guide them towards a path of career enrichment with the hotel.

RELATION
• Ensures a smooth working relationship between the Bell Service, Front Desk and all other departments of the hotel.
• Reports directly to the Front Office Manager.
• Assist in maintaining a close working relationship with all Departments of the Hotel.

REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION
• To be ready and responsible to perform any other duties as designated or required by Management from time to time.
