Retail Sales - Jeweler


As a Jeweler you are responsible for presenting a unique retail experience at sea while achieving or exceeding budgeted financial goals. Our progressive Boutiques department achieves ongoing high standards by focusing on innovation, integrity, accountability and, above all, customer service. Our jewelers specialize in a wide selection of the finest brands, including Effy, Majorica, Ravello of Beverly Hills, Swarovski, Hubert and Krementz. Our fine jewelry selection features semi-precious settings and loose stones.

Job Responsibilities Include:

 Consistently achieving budgeted sales targets for each voyage by using effective sales techniques and processes to open and close sales.
 Clearly explaining the product to guests, thoroughly understanding the Company product and Boutiques operations, products, and services.
 Focusing completely on customer satisfaction, providing a positive first impression to every guest through a warm, welcoming individual greeting and professional appearance.
 Identifying guest preferences and adjusting service accordingly, anticipating guest needs, and engaging in conversation while showing genuine interest at all times.
 Performing all inventories, receiving, transfers, deletions, price changes, stock rotations, and ticketing processes as directed by management.
 Organizing and maintaining secure, safe, and clean stockrooms, lockers, and storage areas.
All duties must be completed in accordance with the company Core Values and all aspects of the C.R.U.I.S.E. program.



 Gemology certifications or training preferred
 Sales training or certification preferred
 Two years of experience in fine jewelry sales with a strong knowledge of precious and semi-precious stones
 Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues
 Command of the English language, both verbal and written
