Exec. Housekeeper (m/f)
We are looking for a well-experienced Exec. Housekeeper (m/f) with extensive previous ship experience for a 5***** European Cruise Line with international passengers and with great itineraries throughout the world.
You are a key leader within the shipboard management team and responsible for leading a multicultural, world-class team and you are responsible for the management of all housekeeping functions and team members onboard. This position reports to the Hotel Manager and ensures cleanliness, maintenance and presentation standards are managed to ship standards in the housekeeping areas, including all cabins, guest corridors, officer cabins, laundry, lockers and storage areas in both the front and back of house.
The candidate (m/f) must have a minimum three-five years managerial/operational experience in housekeeping and laundry operations within a cruise line and/or hotel environment and hospitality industry related field, with demonstrated experience supervising an international team.
In addition you will be responsible for organization, inspection and maintenance of the Housekeeping lockers, for all Housekeeping equipment and for the all operational related training for all team members and be able & willing to work “hands-on”, if needed and any additional duties that will come along with this position.

Fluent English is required – any additional European language would be a plus and you should also have good computer skills on all common programs.
