Demi Chef de Partie


The responsibilities of a Demi Chef de Partie onboard our ships include:

- Supporting junior team members in the delivery of high quality food products and ensure the food production area operates effectively
- Monitoring, developing and training members of the team to ensure the provision of high quality, professionally prepared food products
- Reporting directly to the Chef De Partie
- Providing professionally prepared quality food product within budget


If this sounds like you, and you have the following experience, then we would love to hear from you:

- Significant operational experience in high volume catering facilities such as conference and events, banqueting or large scale 4 or 5 star hotels
- Managerial or supervisory experience within a kitchen/galley environment
