Youth Counsellor


We have an immediate requirement for a male (due to berthing requirements) Youth Counsellor to join our onboard team. Our Youth Counsellors are responsible for running the varied range of activities and educational programs we have in place for our younger cruisers.

Contracts are for six months duration with two months leave in between assignments. The salary is competitive and accommodation, main meals, flights, transfers and a uniform are all supplied by the company.

Please note that company employees are required to obtain a medical clearance, possess a current unrestricted passport (valid for at least a year) and be eligible to apply for an Australian Maritime Crew Visa (MCV) and Australian Visitor Visa. In addition our Youth Counselors are required to clear a criminal conviction check.


Along with qualifications and experience working in early childhood or teaching, our ideal candidate will bring strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and interact with children of all ages, great communication skills, a customer focus and the ability to thrive in a team working environment.
