Restaurant/Bar Manager m/f


You are responsible for the whole restaurant and bar area, take table reservations for the guests, welcome and say goodbye to the guests at every meal, lead, train, organize and motivate your staff and guarantee compliance with G&P standards in your area. You also work together with the hotel manager to place orders, check compliance with budget figures in the restaurant area and are responsible for the POS settlements of your employees.

You will also take place in representative events and organize and monitor the various F&B activities on board.


- You have extensive management experience in the F&B sector.
- Previous work on a cruise liner
- Good to very good German and/or English
- A good communicator who enjoys his/her work.
- A good organizer with structured working methods
- You enjoy a pleasant working environment.
