Sous Chef


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a 5* Boutique Cruise Company. Directs the activities of subordinates engaged in the preparation of the established quality of food for service to guests and crew. Responsible for the preparation of food in either the main kitchen, cold kitchen or restaurant.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in this role on board a cruise vessel and relevant certification including a valid ENG1 medical and C1/D Visa.
