As a Watch Specialists you will be responsible for presenting a unique retail experience at sea in line with the Company's brand strategy and customer service expectations, while achieving or exceeding budgeted financial goals. Our progressive Boutiques department achieves ongoing high standards by focusing on innovation, integrity, accountability and, above all, customer service. Our Watch Specialists specialize in designer watches from TagHeuer, Tissot, Longines, Phillip Stein and contemporary watches from Citizen, Seiko, Fossil, Guess and Swatch.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Consistently achieving budgeted sales targets for each voyage by using effective sales techniques and processes to open and close sales.
Clearly explaining the product to guests, thoroughly understanding the company product and Boutiques operations, products, and services.
Focusing completely on customer satisfaction, providing a positive first impression to every guest through a warm, welcoming individual greeting and professional appearance.
Identifying guest preferences and adjusting service accordingly, anticipating guest needs, and engaging in conversation while showing genuine interest at all times.
Performing all inventories, receiving, transfers, deletions, price changes, stock rotations, and ticketing processes as directed by management.
Organizing and maintaining secure, safe, and clean stockrooms, lockers, and storage areas.
All duties must be completed in accordance with the company Core Values and all aspects of the C.R.U.I.S.E. program.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in fine watches retail sales (land or sea)
- Exhibit strong public speaking skills
- Offer a professional demeanor that demonstrates honesty & integrity
- Ability to succeed in a true team environment
- Instinctive belief that customer service is job number one
- Sales training or certification preferred
- Training regarding fine watches preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues
- Command of the English language, both verbal and written
