Sous Chef (m/f)


Your chartered goal:

- Your responsibilities will include the planning, organization, and coordination of the entire kitchen area
- You will monitor the goods-ordering and storage processes as well as oversee the cost of goods sold
- As part of your managerial responsibility, you will head and train an international team of up to 30 employees
- You will also monitor the proper preparation of food and the food quality, and you will coordinate the buffet setup


Your previous ports of call:

- You have completed training as a chef and ideally acquired a master craftsperson’s diploma
- You have demonstrable professional and managerial experience in the premium hotel and restaurant segment
- Ideally you will have additional qualifications and have already gained some practical experience on cruise ships
- You have excellent English and good German skills
- A friendly demeanor, positive interactions with guests, and the ability to work as part of a team complete your profile
