Restaurant Manager (m/f)


Your chartered goal:

- Driven by a proactive approach and excellent organizational skills, you will be responsible for managing the all service operations in one of our restaurants
- This includes managing and coordinating the processes in the restaurant
- You will respond promptly and confidently to any necessary changes to the on-board program
- As part of your managerial responsibility, you will head and train an international team of up to 30 employees
- Your work will always be guided by the highest quality standards to ensure our guests’ satisfaction


Your previous ports of call:

- You have undergone training in hotel management and ideally acquired a certificate in hotel management or hotel operations
- You have demonstrable professional experience in the premium hotel and catering segment
- You have demonstrable management experience sound knowledge in the food and beverage industry; ideally you will have already gained some experience on board a ship
- Knowledge of the Micros POS system and the Crunchtime inventory management system is advantageous
- Your German is good and you have excellent English skills
- You enjoy interacting with guests, are very well mannered, and have strong communication skills
