General Manager (m/f)


Your destination:

- As General Manager, you assume managerial and operative responsibility for all guest services on board our ships
- Together with your department supervisors, you coordinate and manage all operative processes in the areas Hotel, Entertainment, Shore Operations, and On Board Revenues in a goal-oriented and results-oriented manner
- Furthermore, you coordinate promotional activities while maintaining and implementing cruise line’s standards of quality
- You manage up to 500 guest services employees on board with expertise and dedication
- You act as a role model and motivate and inspire our international crew with personal stability and empath
- As a passionate host, you stand for the highest level of guest satisfaction as well as one-of-a-kind vacation moments with our cruise line


Your previous course:

- You have earned a university degree and have several years of professional and managerial experience in an executive position within the upmarket service industry
- You are characterized by a balance between a business-oriented and guest-oriented mindset
- You have put your managerial skills to the test during many years leading an international team
- Your German and English skills are excellent
- You are enthusiastic, have an outstanding sense of responsibility, are capable of working under pressure, and maintain your cool in stressful situations
