Cook-Chef for River Cruise Vessels


A leading river cruise company is hiring candidates for Cook / Chef position onboard luxury vessels sailing the great rivers of Europe.

Room and board provided by the company. Salary: €1,800.00 per month.

Main duties:

- Food handling and preparation as per company menu cycle and under the supervision of the designated Sous/Executive Chef
- Organize and prepare mise en place
- Ability to operate common kitchen equipment
- Demonstrate culinary fundamentals and knife skills
- Cleaning procedure as per HACCP


- Minimum two years of cook experience, preferably in a four or five star restaurant, hotel or resort
- Cruise ship experience is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and good command of the English language
- High school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred
