Japanese Speaking Guest Service Host/ess
We are currently seeking a Japanese speaking Guest Services Host/Hostess on behalf of a well-known family cruise line.
Part of your role will be to provide front desk services to all guests, answering main switchboard calls and appropriately route calls. You will facilitate Guest requests, assisting in the delivery of Guest items to staterooms and provide Guest information and assistance as needed.
You will be responsible for cash handling, currency exchange, balancing monies and maintaining the cash float.

- Minimum 1 year front desk/guest services experience in a high volume hotel or resort (+200 rooms)
- Familiarity with front office computer software and proficiency in common software (eg: MS Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment
Ability to deal with difficult Guests and handle multiple situations simultaneously
- Fluent English mandatory
