Group Coordinator


The Group Coordinators are at the heart of the cruise line's group operation and have a direct impact on the overall experience of the group travelers. You will help the group guests make the most of their cruise vacation by coordinating activities and arrangements for group meetings, conferences and functions.

In this highly visible role you'll work in our all department heads to plan function details such as space requirements, time schedule, food and beverage service, decorations, stage usage, sound and light, video.


Potential candidates should have event planning and execution experience in a luxury hotel, convention center, sales, public relations or in a related hospitality function, weddings, corporate events, family reunions etc.
