Directly responding to the Director of Services, responsibilities include the supervision of the buffet/self service area on board the ship and related hotel services. Leading a team of managers, he/she ensures the correct interpretation and implementation of strategic objectives in a healthy environment.

He/she ensures good working relations amongst a multi ethnical team and is able to turn challenges into innovative opportunities.


He/she will have:
- 3/4 years work experience in a similar position or as a F&B Manager in hotel or on board. A vast service oriented experience in an International company together with documented HACCP/safe food handling training received.
- University degree and/or graduate of Hotel/Tourism School
- Good computer skills, fluency in English (Italian and/or other foreign languages is a plus)
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and personal attributes of analytical thinking and problem solving. Strong motivation and team player skills are also necessary.
