BAR MANAGERDescription: Reporting directly to the Director of Services he/she supervises all onboard beverage services, coordinates special functions and private parties, maintains company standards by providing quality service and generates utmost profits through cost control and good salesmanship. Requirements: Candidate must have: - diploma from established Hotel School (at least 2 years) - one or two years as Department Head of a Food & Beverage Outlet - fluent English and Italian - Sales and Marketing skills - communicational skills - leadership qualities - accounting skills - 25 – 45 years, good health, good appearance - flexibility and open mindedness - team player and social competence - computer literate - European nationality Apply |
