1st Butcher - Major Cruise Line


The 1st butcher is responsible for assisting the chief butcher and executive chef to ensure that the butchery production targets are met and the butchery team is producing high quality items for various outlets on the ship. The goal is to consistently deliver the best Culinary experience at sea.

Your daily responsibilities will include the production of all meat and fish preparation for up to 6 outlets plus crew areas, maintaining adequate inventory, ensuring quality of product, stock rotation, daily briefings, temperature recording, ordering stock and train new members of the team.
