Sous Chef for Spanish Cruise Line


Sous Chef required for a spanish speaking cruise line.

This position requires availability to work on board during six months, and after that the candidate will be able to enjoy a minimum two months vacation before the next possible embarkation.

Potential candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience as Junior Sous Chef or Chef Tournant onboard a medium size cruise vessel. In addition to the above a minimum of 6 years experience in active food preparation within large culinary operation in various positions within the Kitchen/ Galley is required.
