Description:

You are the deputy for the chef de cuisine and jointly responsible for the proper preparation of the daily meals according to the menu cycle and in compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.

At the same time, you will help with the allocation and management of the kitchen crew and deputize for the chef de cuisine while he/she is on holiday.

Requirements:

- Training in the hotel business
- If possible, you have previously worked on a cruise liner.
- Good to very good German
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You would like a new adventure on the Rhine, Main or Danube.
