Position description:

- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the quality and accounting standards, rules and regulations in the Hotel Administration department.
- Responsible for the adherence of all specified written regulations, verbal instructions and tasks given by the shore side Hotel Operations and the Hotel Manager.
- Reports to the Hotel Manager for all matters and to manage efficiently all financial details. Inventory and cost control of hotel stores.
- Responsible for financial reporting of operating expenses and costs analysis.

Duration of the contract: 5-6 months contract


- 4 years experience in Hotel accounting and administration, provisioning cost control.
- Computer knowledge of the relevant IT systems and Word, Excel, Email
- Fluent in English, written and spoken and if possible knowledge of additional foreign language.
- Training skills within the hotel business or on board cruise ship experience.
