Chef de Partie - Teppanyaki


We are currently looking for 1st Cook to join our ships.

Job Purpose:

- Responsible to assists in flawless preparation of all food in the assigned area.

Key Accountabilities:

- Provide leadership to area of responsibility
- Ensures all food is prepared fresh and is of the highest quality
- Strictly adheres to all recipes, methods and instructions from supervisor
- Make the food requisition for the Teppaniaky station
- Continually trains, coaches, and recognizes team members to improve food quality and meet budget expectations while motivating team members
- Maintains an organized and efficient flow of production, with regards to changes in forecasts and menus
- Responsible for mise-en-place, and food service for production area
- Maintain USPH/FDA standards for outlet
- Inventory and ordering of all food items


- 1+ years of teppanyaki experience

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Culinary School 2-4 year degree or foreign equivalency preferred;

- At least 3 years in A Hotel or Cruise ship Environment

- Solid knowledge of current food trends

- Strong knowledge of all basic Asian cooking techniques

- Ability to verbally explain processes of history, preparation, and cooking techniques to guests while cooking
